These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Grid Professor Grader ("the Add-in"), a Microsoft Excel add-in provided by Grid Professor LLC ("we," "us"). By installing or using the Add-in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Add-in.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-in for its intended purpose: delivering, completing, and grading Excel assignments. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract answer keys or other non-public data from the Add-in or its servers.
Access requires an authorized account provided or approved by your instructor or institution. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Use the Add-in only for legitimate coursework and only with assignments you are authorized to access.
The Add-in records how work is completed to support academic integrity. You agree not to circumvent, tamper with, or falsify this activity logging. Grading and integrity decisions rest with your instructor and institution.
Our handling of the information the Add-in collects is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Add-in or any feature at any time. We may revise these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
The Add-in is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grid Professor LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or grades, arising from your use of the Add-in. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
